I have been working with Emily for 6  weeks so far and I can’t believe all the progress I have made. Not only have I lost 8 lbs, but have so much more energy and am eating healthier. She is so easy to talk to and gave me the motivation and accountability I needed. Each week, I look forward to our session and have already signed up for another 12 weeks. She is just what I needed to get me moving and think about my habits and how to change them. Baby steps. Thank you so much Emily.  


Emily is a very skilled wellness coach, and I’ve really enjoyed my sessions with her.  She’s very personable and has an approachable nature, so her coaching feels more like having a conversation with a friend than a coach which put me at immediate ease.  In addition to offering practical advice to incorporate in my everyday routine to reach my wellness goals, Emily has helped me think about my current habits in a new light and facilitated in the process of finding solutions to my challenges that fit my lifestyle.  She’s also a great support in holding me accountable to those solutions.
